Kim Landry, president, heads up Custom Publishing and Marketing Communications. Peter Landry, vice president, heads up Educational Publishing. Both are communications professionals with more than 20 years of experience. Both come from successful careers in the newspaper business, Kim's culminating as editor of the daily Greenwich (Conn.) Time, and Peter's as a reporter and editor during 13 years with The Philadelphia Inquirer. Kim holds an honors degree in American Literature from Middlebury College. Peter holds an honors degree in English from Harvard College.

Managing editor Martha Michaela Brown, a Bryn Mawr College graduate and 7-year Hollister veteran, leads the editorial staff. Among the four additional writer-editors, two graduated from the University of Pennsylvania, one from Swarthmore College and one from Ursinus College.

The design team is managed by art director Heidi Karl, who joined Hollister in 1993 with a B.S. in graphic design from Drexel University. Adding more than 15 years of experience to her team are two fellow Drexel alums and graduates of the University of Illinois and Temple University's Tyler School of Art.
